Ayelet Rotem NLP
Bring up a sweet memory to mind. A happy moment, a moment when you felt good about yourself. Maybe a moment of laughter, maybe a moment when you received incredible news, spending time at the seaside, or any other moment that comes to mind.
Close your eyes and take a few seconds to imagine. Pay attention to the sights, sounds, sensations, and even smells around you.
Open your eyes slowly.
Do you feel a pleasant sensation in your body?
This is because the nervous system reacts the same way whether it is an actual action that the body performs, or whether it is an action that is performed only by our imagination.
Therefore, using guided imagination is effective for calming the body, improving moods, evoking motivation, and also for achieving real goals.
Athletes can use guided meditations to improve results, studies show that pain can be reduced and medical conditions improved, self-confidence can be improved, there is no limit!
